Return & Exchange Conditions
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- All products must be returned in their original condition with the invoice attached.
- Shipping and delivery fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
After one week from the date of receipt, the customer is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
Product-Type Restrictions
- 1 Unsealed products cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
- 2 Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless a defective product was received.
If the product does not match its specifications, you may return it at no shipping cost. The refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Order Cancellation by Zamzam
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- 1 The provided delivery address is incorrect or contact details are inaccurate.
- 2 We are unable to reach the customer for delivery.
Discounted & Promotional Items
Returns are not allowed for discounted products or promotional offers.
Exchange is permitted for the same order value during the active promotion period.
Order Modification & Cancellation
- Order modifications are accepted via our website or phone, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- If an order is canceled after being received by the shipping company, delivery fees will be deducted before the refund is processed.
